Arrival Time

In order to have the best experience, clients should arrive on time for their appointment.  Nailed It Etc runs on a strict appointment schedule and as a courtesy to all clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments will not be honoured.  Any client who is late will forfeit their appointment and will need to book a new appointment.

Cancellations/Reschedules

At Nailed It Etc there is a Strict 24 hour rescheduling policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments.  This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email, through social media, or through our website.  Nailed It Etc is happy to reschedule appointments, providing at least 24 hours notice is given.  For the avoidance of doubt, failure to notify Nailed It Etc within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee.  No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings.  Bookings with less than 24 hours notice will not be downgraded and the full value at time of booking is payable.  Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment will risk loosing their appointment and losing any money paid.  Please note in the event of late arrival, Nailed It Etc may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking. All sales are final at Nailed It Etc and it is best to reschedule your appointment instead of cancelling as Nailed It Etc does not issue refunds.  Please note, if you are unwell please DO NOT come to your appointment.  We kindly ask that you reschedule to a later date.  If you arrive unwell you will be asked to leave and forfeit your appointment with no refunds given. Nailed It Etc is more than happy to reschedule last minute for illnesses.  Please do not come in sick as you will spread the illness to everyone else!

Group Bookings

Group Bookings are welcome for nail services, please arrive on time! DO NOT arrive with children as you will be asked to leave... No small children are permitted in salon. No group bookings can be made for any beauty or aesthetics treatments.

Gift Certificates

If paying with a gift certificate you must give details at time of booking.  Gift certificates must be presented upon arrival for the booked treatment.  Failure to attend an appointment will result in full payment for your visit to be deducted from your gift certificate.  We will however honour the remaining balance of the gift certificate for future use.  There is no expiration date on gift certificates.  Nailed It Etc will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged gift certificates.  Gift certificates can not be exchanged for cash.  Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until it has been fully used up. Gift certificates can be used towards any of our services and courses, and are available to purchase online or in salon!

Trainee Nail Techs

Nailed It Etc. is a training salon and from time to time there will be salon training days open to the general public at discounted prices.. here students will get a chance to work on your nails to gain valuable experience.  Please watch our Instagram and Facebook pages for our next salon training day!  Please also It is extremely important that you have patience with any student nail technician as we all have to start from somewhere.  If you have any issues or concerns with your service by a student please voice your concerns in a polite manner at time of appointment and these issues or concerns can be addressed straight away.  It is good experience and practice for these students to deal with these issues so they can learn.. after all this is a training/educational environment.  If you do not want a student technician to work on your nails, then you need to book in with one of our other nail technicians and not one of the students.

The Right To Refuse Treatments

Please note Nailed It Etc reserves the right to refuse treatments; disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated.

Children

The salon is not a safe environment for babies and small children due to the large amount of chemicals on the property which could be fatal if indigested, so therefore children are not prohibited for their own safety! Please do not arrive to your appointment with children or babies as you will be refused treatment and forfeit any money paid! It is your responsibility to ensure you have a baby sitter before you book an appointment, as not only is it unsafe for children to be in a salon, but it is also highly distracting for your nail tech/beauty therapist/aesthetics practitioner... we need full concentration to be able to do our job.  From time to time we do gel polish on older children on parent/gradian request... written permission must be obtained by Nailed It Etc. for a child appointment along with written consent from parent/guardian, and in this instance a guardian may sit with the child during their service.

Course Policy
