Cancellation Policy

At Nailed It Etc there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone, via email, social media, or online through our website or app. Nailed It Etc is happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing at least 24 hours notice is given. For the avoidance of doubt, failure to notify Nailed It Etc within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee. Nailed It Etc is more than happy to reschedule any appointments last minute if due to illness. Please do not arrive to your appointment if feeling unwell, even if it is a cold, flu, stomach bug, or any contagious illness. You will be asked to leave if you arrive to your appointment unwell and your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date! Nailed It Etc do not issue refunds, all sales are final. Bookings with less than 24 hours cancellation or reschedule notice will not be downgraded and the full value at time of booking is payable. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointments will risk loosing their appointment and being charged in full. Please note in the event of a late arrival, Nailed It Etc may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, and you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking.
